Nancy McMahon, Au.D., CCC-A


Nancy C. McMahon, Au.D., CCC-A, is the Clinic Director of the UConn Speech and Hearing Clinic. She is also the Director of Clinical Education in the Department of Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences. She received her undergraduate and graduate degree from the University of Connecticut, and her Doctorate of Audiology from Central Michigan University. Dr. McMahon has been a licensed and practicing audiologist since 1985. Her diagnostic expertise and experience with hearing aids is respected and valued by the medical professionals and patients who have worked with her over the years. Dr. McMahon is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology and the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association. She currently serves as the Vice President of Legislative Affairs for the Connecticut Academy of Audiology. In addition to being a clinical professor at the University of Connecticut, she volunteers on multiple professional boards at the national and state levels. Dr. McMahon specializes in the business of audiology, diagnostics, amplification, and aural rehabilitation.
