While hearing aids will work to provide improved audibility to the world around you, they are often only one piece to the puzzle of hearing better. Assistive listening technology can be used in conjunction with your hearing aids to overcome things such as distance, background noise, or reverberation.

Remote Microphone: A microphone is worn by your communication partner and their speech is sent directly to your hearing aids. This allows you to hear the conversation at a level louder than the background noise, making hearing the conversation in situations like restaurants or the car much easier. 

TV Streamer: Finding a volume for the television that is comfortable with people of varying degrees of hearing can be difficult. A TV streamer allows for a direct transmission of the television to the listener’s hearing aids. The TV volume can then be adjusted to the listener’s liking, independent of the volume of other’s in the room. 

Streamers: Streamers can be used to connect hearing aids directly to devices that have bluetooth compatibility such as phones, computers, and tablets. They allow for clear crisp transmission of sound in stereo.
